One bedroom Apartments are strictly based on maximum double occupancy. Two bedroom Apartment is strictly based on maximum quadruple occupancy. If the pet is left unattended in the apartment it is required to be in its crate. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid one night cancellation fee. 14 days or more are subject to a $20 administration fee.
